    Should you live in Summerside?

We'd rather lose a sale than put someone on the wrong street. This is the conversation we have on the first call.

Summerside is a strong fit if you

    • Commute to St. Thomas, Ingersoll or Woodstock and want quick 401 access
    • Have young kids and want a new school, a spray pad and sports fields close by
    • Want a newer detached home for less per square foot than many London areas
    • Want French language schools right in the neighbourhood
    • Work at Victoria Hospital, about 10 minutes away by car

    Look elsewhere if you

    • Want mature trees. Most are still growing in
    • Want a character or older home. Most here date from the 2000s on
    • Want to walk to shops. Stores sit outside the residential streets
    • Mind construction. Highbury Ave S is being rebuilt through 2027
